"My photography is born from an enduring romance with light, beauty, and the world around us. To me, a camera is a tool to capture things that make the heart sing—the breathtaking warmth of a location at golden hour, the effortless drape of silk against skin, and the raw, quiet poetry of feminine grace. I create imagery that invites the reader to step out of the everyday and into a dream.
This vision is deeply rooted in my lifelong dedication to aesthetics. My eye was trained through fashion design studies at the School of Fine Arts in Maastricht, and later refined through years working globally as a makeup artist. This multi-layered background gives me an instinctive appreciation for the tactile world—knowing exactly how a designer's garment is meant to move and how skin texture beautifully transforms under natural light.
With 20 years of international experience chasing the sun on location, my passion remains entirely unchanged: to craft cinematic, luminous stories that evoke romance, nostalgia, and a celebration of all the good things in life."
